Physical Vouchers: Prefer a physical gift to hand over in person? Beautifully printed physical gift vouchers are available directly from our Spa location.

To ensure a seamless booking and checkout experience, the use of a Sweet Face gift voucher constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

• Monetary Based: Each voucher is monetary based. Please treat your voucher like cash.
• Non-Refundable: Vouchers are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Please keep your voucher safe, as vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Verification: Sweet Face reserves the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
